Q1. What can I store ?
Virtually anything, domestic storage, commercial items, furniture, books, clothes, personal effects, appliances, files, office equipment, documents, etc
However, please note that we cannot accept inflammable, perishable or illegal goods.
Q2. Will my goods be safe?
Yes, containerised storage is one of the most secure forms of storage on the market and your container is for your sole use. We have video CCTV surveillance, smoke and fire detection and extensive intruder alarm systems operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Q3. What's included in the price?
Everything - rates, security, there are No hidden costs, utilities or maintenance.
Q4. What about insurance?
Your goods must be insured whilst in store with us. Cover may already be provided via an existing policy you hold (for example your household Insurance policy), but if this is not the case you will need to obtain suitable cover before storing.
Q5. How do I pay?
Charges are normally paid by Debit Card or automatic Credit Card payment.
Whilst we can accept cheque's and cash please note that we are unable to accept cash for the initial storage charges and deposit.
Q6. Why do I need a padlock?
You need your own padlock (padlocks are available for sale in each store), to ensure that your room is kept secure at all times that only you hold the keys.
